When Melvin was young, he loved watching the planes take off and hearing the jet engines from growing up only 13 miles from the airport. Now that he works in aviation, he never wants to leave. Melvin loves working in aviation in part because it鈥檚 a field that is both global and local. Aviation gives people the ability to reach every part of in the world, while also taking people to visit their grandmas.
Melvin鈥檚 journey to 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区 began in earnest over 20 years ago when he first got into aviation in Kansas City. He proceeded to Houston, where he joined the Operational Readiness and Airport Transition (ORAT) team. Melvin then joined 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区 in 2018.
He is grateful that 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区 has enabled him to work at some of the finest airports in the United States, including Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), where is currently assisting Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) in their ORAT efforts.
He provides leadership services to LAWA鈥檚 Airport Operational Readiness (AOR) Team and airport staff in the management of the AOR program for the Midfield Satellite Concourse (MSC) project. He also provides support services for the client鈥檚 Terminal 1.5 project, the Airport Police Facility and Intermodal Transportation Facility-West.
Melvin鈥檚 interest in aviation certainly extends past his professional career: He is a Plane Pull champion! For the uninitiated, that means he moved an airplane with his body. He also designs automotive performance parts (patents pending) and holds a world record in the Texas Mile race.
鈥淔or me, it always comes down to the client. I am focused on connecting and providing them with assurance about the level of quality they can expect from our work. I try to live by the idea of an unyielding pursuit of excellence.鈥
