A 20-year journey at 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区 has seen Jesus Garcia Aleman steward innovative drinking water treatment solutions across the world. As our Global Principal for Drinking Water & Reuse, Jesus connects our clients with 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区鈥 talented team of water professionals.

Every day Jesus works to develop and champion best practices and technology innovations in drinking water treatment 鈥 and to support colleagues and clients that are deploying those innovative solutions worldwide.

Jesus went to university in Mexico at ITESM and then moved to Canada to complete a master鈥檚 degree and PhD at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. After getting to know staff in our Toronto office, Jesus joined 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区 with a membrane-related degree at a time when membrane filtration was booming in the industry鈥.  and that was the start of a 20-year journey.

While a process engineer at heart, Jesus specializes in the planning, design and construction of treatment and pump station upgrades in large-scale legacy facilities. This has included implementing more than a dozen facilities incorporating innovative safety in design and sustainability features under the precursor to 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区 de5ign program. Throughout his career, Jesus has stewarded innovation in the implementation of ozone, biological filters, UV disinfection, membrane filtration and waste minimization schemes.

Get to know Jesus

What is your favorite part of your role?

There is an immense sense of satisfaction to know that many communities are positively impacted by what we do. I鈥檝e had a nonlinear career path at 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区 that has been rewarding, interesting and fun.

What do you enjoy most about being part of #Our网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区?

I have fun at my job every day 鈥 and I鈥檝e been fortunate to work with many clients, suppliers and colleagues that I consider friends. Our technology group is tight knit and awesome to work with.

What advice would you give to young professionals?

Work on your skills and relationships deliberately.  This is a people鈥檚 business so remember that you are not going to make it alone.  Therefore, cultivate meaningful personal connections with your peers, clients and competitors. 

EQ beats IQ every day.  Have and be a great mentor.  Have fun, be compassionate, ask for help, be prepared, be humble, learn every day, listen to understand, teach.

Hiking or biking trails, woodworking, listening to stand up comedy, cooking or doing crossfit.
