Meet Greg Fischer

As our world continues to develop, and populations continue to grow, it is more critical than ever for industries and cities to invest in sustainable infrastructure and skilled talent. Both are vital to manage, maintain and supply critical resources and maximize operating efficiencies. Vice President and General Manager of Design-Build and Operations Management and Facilities Services Greg Fischer understands these needs and oversees a tight-knit team working to address infrastructure, operations and technology challenges for communities and industries.
Greg brings more than 30 years of experience managing design, construction and operation of public and private water and wastewater treatment facilities. He leads an integrated team made up of the Design-Build (DB) and Operations Management and Facilities Services (OMFS) practices. Together, these teams deliver complex DB, design-build-operate, operations and maintenance (O&M), and facilities services projects throughout North America.

What鈥檚 your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part is the people. This is a people business, and we must be in tune with our people in order to make this all work. I鈥檓 passionate about helping them advance in their careers and love to witness their excitement in the work they do.
What sparked your passion for working in this industry?
My father owned a large construction business, and once I was able to walk, he pretty much put me to work. My work ethic came naturally from watching his business succeed. I remain driven by asking myself, 鈥榳hat would dad think of this?鈥
When you aren鈥檛 working, what are we most likely to find you doing?
Spending time with my wife and my family, traveling around the world and getting that golf handicap as low as I can get it!
What do you enjoy most about being part of #Our网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区?
Again, the people! I have met some of my dearest friends here at 网曝吃瓜黑料一区二区三区 and within the industry. I am excited to wake up each day to grow the business for the DB and OMFS team. The team takes pride in their work and each other, and I take great pride in that.
