How our Net Zero Workshops work
Once you have booked in a time for the workshop, our team will meet with you for a preplanning session to tailor the workshop to suit your needs.
The session will typically run between two hours to a day and requires attendance by all key decision makers. The sessions typically cover the following:
- The scope and context of your emissions footprint.
- Barriers, enablers and integrators to decarbonization.
- Possible solutions and pathways for net zero readiness, including: technologies, processes, energy solutions and partnerships that support decarbonization targets.
- Collective and aligned understanding of stakeholders required to deliver on objectives.
- An action plan or key business case components to take the next steps in advancing the agenda internally.
Once it鈥檚 over, we will provide you with reporting and a set of next steps you can take on your decarbonization journey.
